For those who do not wish to use the car for visiting those sites, a comfortable shuttle bus is available by reservation.   • All apartments have tableware, kitchenware, chairs, a fan.
    In the price is INCLUDED: gas for cooking, water, electricity normal consumption; weekly linen and towel change; final apartment cleaning; use of resort facilities (excluded wellness centre).
    In the price is NOT INCLUDED: winter heating (to be paid by measured consumption), food & drinks, daily linen and towel changing, daily apartment cleaning, extra final cleaning (25€) in case of leaving the apartment extremely dirty. Use of the resort laundry facility and wellness centre.
  • Apartments are self-catering; discounts for our guests are available in a good home-kitchen restaurant and pizzeria in the city centre. For 5+ groups they do also delivery service (menu available at reception).
  • For reserving is requested a 30% deposit via credit card or bank transfer. Cancellation is possible no later than 2 months before arrival (high and middle season), 1 month before arrival (low season): for later cancellation deposit won't be returned. Anyway a fee of 50€ will be kept from any returned deposit.

    At arrival caution money of 150€ will be requested, and returned at check-out. From this money will be deducted the cost for reparation of any incidental damages made by guests to their apartments or to resort facilities.

    For credit card payments a 2% surcharge will be applied.

Notes: Our guests will have the possibility to freely enjoy: • two swimming pools, a big one with clear fresh water, and a smaller one with therapeutic thermal sulphurous water, coming from a natural hot spring. • A solarium equipped with sun beds, deckchairs and umbrellas. • A tavern - bar by the pool, it’s the aggregation point where you can have breakfast in the morning and meet the other guests, have a quick meal or listen to some music in the evening. • Games and sports area: table football, table tennis, bowls game, giant chess, mini golf. • Trekking paths: in the close wood you can make bird watching and long walks in the immaculate nature of our valley. • Small wellness centre with Jacuzzi, emotional shower containing three different treatments: hydrotherapy, colour therapy and aromatherapy, sauna and massage room (for the wellness program there’s a fee and must be booked in advance).
