It has been modernised, yet retains a wealth of character features: spacious lounge-dining room with beamed ceiling and fireplace, a modern fully fitted kitchen, 2 double bedrooms plus double sofa bed, modern bathroom and shower room, central heating, private pool and gardens with BBQ house and large covered terrace. There are various local restaurants and Javea Golf Club within a 5 minute drive.
