This beautiful loft apartment is set, just back from the Las Cucharas bay, where there is a wonderful golden sand beach, perfect for swimming and water sports, especially windsurfing. A car is not essential for stays at this property as it has all amenities are within walking distance. The apartment has been furnished to a very high standard and comprises of a fully equipped open plan kitchen/diner with, oven, hob and all the usual appliances. The extremely spacious glazed lounge area has panoramic views over Costa Teguise, the Cucharas Bay and on out to sea. The stylish lounge also has satellite TV and a comfortable seating area. In the corner of this lounge room is a curtained double bedroom with sea views. There is a partly covered south facing terrace which boasts the same breathtaking uninterrupted views. This terrace is a lovely area for entertaining and is fitted with a BBQ, dining set and chill out daybed for sunbathing. There are also 2 double bedrooms and a modern bathroom.

The penthouse apartment is situated at 'Las Cucharas' which is the main beach at the Costa Teguise resort. At this beach you can hire equipment for windsurfing, diving, boogie boarding and kayaking etc. Or if you are looking for a more relaxing time you can hire the sunbeds and shades. There is a huge selection of restaurants nearby ranging from Local Tapas Bars, Indian, Pizza, French cuisine Chinese restaurants etc etc..., there is something for every one in Costa Teguise. The islands only Water Park and Golf Course are both found here to on the road to Tahiche. There are two markets in Pueblo Marinero, just a 5 minute stroll from the apartment, on a Thursday morning it is a local produce market and on a Friday evening a general market. You also have the Sunday market in La Villa de Teguise, the old capital which is a short taxi ride away. There are a number of interesting places to visit on the island from Luna volcanic Landscapes to Caves, Art Galleries to Children's theme parks.
