What a fantastic holiday villa! Its ideal location close to Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World made it the perfect holiday villa for our 4 week stay.
The villa in Southern Dunes is located on a pleasant, tree lined road within a very attractive golfing complex. We were very impressed with the light and airy feel to the open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. The lounge had two very comfortable settees, with occasional tables and a flat screen TV. The bedrooms are attractively decorated with additional storage space. We found the shower room off the main bedroom very useful as the door opens out onto the pool area, which enables you to use the facilities without having to walk through the villa in wet swimming costumes. The pool area is spacious with plenty of room to sunbathe and there is a barbeque and shady spot for the table and chairs which make eating outside a pleasure. The fan/light situated over the eating area meant we could eat out after sunset. We had a great time swimming in the pool, which was very clean and warm and with netting over the whole of the pool area there was no chance of being invaded by insects while enjoying a drink or meal looking out over the 17th fairway.
The first impression when we walked into the property was how clean and tidy it was. All the equipment works, which is not always the case.
The property is described accurately on the website and the owner provided us with extremely efficient customer service. We have recommended the place to several of our friends.
We had a wonderful time and will stay there again when we are back in Florida.
