This villa is a stunning, totally refurbished 5 bedroom luxury property in a convenient location, with hot tub, sauna, and heated pool and is suitable for family groups or couples wanting the convenience of being within walking distance to all the beaches, restaurants, cafes and bars. Large comfortable lounge with huge leather sofas and overlooking the pool and terrace. Satellite TV (Sky Sports package), DVD player and music centre. Dining room with seating for 8 guests and a window also overlooking the pool. New fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops, oven, hob, American style fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, etc. 8 seater kitchen table and chairs. Three of the bedrooms are double all with ensuite bathrooms, two with super kingsize beds and one a kingsize. Two twin bedrooms. Plus a family bathroom with walk-in shower. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron/ironing board and clothes airer. Cooling fans available.
