Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man sich unter einem wunderschönen Urlaubsdomizil vorstellt. Toller Donaublick, perfekte und liebevolle Einrichtung und vor allem ausgesprochen nette Vermieter. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Um uns nicht zu wiederholen und die Leser zu langweilen, können wir uns nur den vielen positiven Bewertungen anschließen. Aber Vorsicht mit der empfohlenen Altersangabe, liebe Eppelheimer! Meine Frau ist 66 und ich 67 Jahre alt. Trotz eines kürzlich ausgekugelten Arms und einem Sehnenabriss hat meine Frau die Treppe zum Dachgeschoß gut gemeistert. Für mich gab es überhaupt keine Probleme. Wir werden sicher bald wiederkommen.

Der Bewertung aus Eppelheim / BaWü, bezüglich Vermieter und Ausstattung, können wir uns voll und ganz anschließen.
Für das Kennenlernen der paradiesischen Wachau ist diese Wohnung ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, nicht zuletzt wegen der Fährverbindung nach Spitz.
Die im wahrsten Sinne beschaulichen Abende auf dem Balkon und im Pavillon inmitten des liebevoll gepflegten Gartens direkt am Fluss geben diesem Domizil eine besonders empfehlenswerte Note.

Super für Zwei

In dieser liebevoll, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichteten, blitzsauberen Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Vermieter sind von einer natürlichen Herzlichkeit und um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und hochwassersicher direkt an der Donau. Für kleine Kinder ist sie wegen der hochwertigen Ausstattung (weiße Polstermöbel, Glasvitrinen) und versetzten Wohnebenen weniger geeignet, für beweglich eingeschränkte Senioren auch nicht, da die Wendeltreppe zum Schlafzimmer steil und schmal ist und das Schlafzimmer selbst ziemlich schräge Wände hat. Empfehlen würden wir diese Wohnung für ein sportliches Paar von 25 bis 65 Jahren. Besonders positiv ist uns die Ausstattung mit viel Reiseliteratur zu Ausflügen in die Umgebung aufgefallen. Wir selbst sind natur- kultur- und wanderbegeisterte Mittfünfziger und würden diese Wohnung für einen Urlaub in der Wachau jederzeit wieder mieten.
