This two bedroom apartment is furnished to an extremely high quality. It is situated on ground floor from the entrance at road level, but second floor when looking to the Marina. The hallway leads you to the L-shaped lounge/dining room, with comfortable sofa and chairs, cable TV, dining table to seat six persons, and two balconies overlooking the harbour, one with table and four chairs for al-fresco dining. The kitchen fitted with gas hot water system, 'fridge/freezer, dishwasher, full gas/electric stove and oven, microwave and washing machine. The two twin bedded rooms,with unique porthole windows, one with bathroom, the other with shower room en-suite, are off the entrance hall and have large fitted wardrobes, one with security safe. A car is essential for shopping, and the apartment has private underground car park with lift to the apartment door. There is private swimming pool for use of resident tenants in the apartment block.

On the esplanade at the Marina are several cafés and restaurants to relax in and watch the boats. From here you can take boat trips to the caves, see the coast by catamaran, jet-ski, paraglide or go deep sea fishing. Albufeira old town and beach are fifteen minutes walk away and offers many attractions, plenty of restaurants, bars some with live music, portrait painting, hair braiding or sit and listen to the pan pipes or saxophone. The beaches to the west of the Marina are golden sands, some with rock pools. It is necessary to have a car to reach these beaches, and also to see inland the old Moorish town of Silves, the Monchique mountains or along the coast to the most westerly point of Europe at Cape St. Vincent. We are very central for all golf courses in the Algarve. Zoomarine, Water slide parks and large shopping centre all within fifteen minutes by car.

The Algarve is know for very fresh fish, best eaten at the beach restaurants, also Cataplana, a fish or pork stew with prawns and clams cooked in a special copper pot. Guia - fifteen minutes drive from the apartment, and Monchique - an hour drive- famous for the 'Frango piri-piri', chicken chopped into small pieces, basted with a unique chilli sauce, served with salad and chips. Not to be missed! After a day out travelling or on the beach, what nicer than to come back to your apartment, sit on the balcony with a refreshing drink and choose the yacht you would like to buy.
