The apartment is located in the charming old centre of Rio Elba, a quiet village on the Eastern part of Elba. It is the perfect location to relax and to explore the island. Upon entering, there is a big living room, that has two sofa-beds, and a double bedroom. On the other side of the house, there is a bathroom with shower and a fully-equipped kitchen, with a dining table that sits 4 people. The apartment is extremely fresh, even in the hot summer months.

Surrounded by nature and perched on a hill at about 170 meters above sea level, Rio Elba is among the most ancient villages of the island, its origins date from the Bronze Age, and preserves various traces of its past which include marine archaeological finds. Because it is a bit apart from the touristy West-side of the island, it offers a relaxing holiday far from the stress of daily life. At the same time, West Elba can be easily reached both by bus or by car. The village is close to many beautiful beaches, including well-known Ortano bay, 3 km away, and Nisporto and Nisportino, 4 km away, A little above the town, on the road that crosses Mount Volterraio, you can admire what remains of the castle of the same name, built in the year 1000 on top of a rocky spur and enjoying a marvellous panoramic vista over the bay of Portoferraio, spectacular at the time of sunset.

wer nicht unbedingt direkt am strand ein bungalow braucht, dafür aber die ursprünglichkeit und den charme der orte auf elba genießen will, ist in rio nell'elba genau richtig, das apartment bietet ist voll eingerichtet und sauber, küche mit allem was man braucht, wohnzimmer, bad und schlafzimmer, lebensmittelladen, post, bäckerei und restaurants in unmittelbarer nähe.....wenn wir wieder nach elba kommen, buchen wir wieder diese wohnung.

you don't need a bungalow close to the beach, but you will stay at your holidays in a small town, it don't lose the charme and the nativeness of elba? then you're right in rio nell'elba. the apartment gives you everthing, you need and its clean. the kitchen ist set with everything, bathroom, livingroom and sleepingroom. a small grocer, bakery, post office and restaurants are very close....if we come again to elba, we will rent again this apartment.
