This brand new villa is situated on an exclusive new development close to the heart of Protaras.The sea is only few min walk away. Konnos Bay with it secluded beaches and crystal clear waters is also only a short stroll away. The main strip and one of the most beautiful beaches, Fig Tree Bay is only 5 minutes drive away. The villa is just 10 minutes drive away from the lively resort of Ayia Napa and is very close to bus routes and the nearest shops are only few min walk away. The 3 bedrooms are set upstairs - 1 double bedroom, 1 twin and another one bedroom with single bed The double bedroom has ensuite shower room. There is also a share shower room upstairs and a guest toilet in the ground floor. Cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave. Air con. Brand new villa, own pool. Prime location. Quality furnished. Peaceful area. Few minutes walk to the beach. 15min drive to Ayia Napa. 50min to Larnaca airport, walking distance to taverns and shop.

Protaras is a slightly watered-down version of Ayia Napa. It is another beach resort area, but is more spread out, has a better range of beaches which tends to give visitors more breathing space. Protaras is considered by many one of the most popular resorts on the island due to it’s popular sandy beaches and wide range of facilities, most within easy walking distance of wherever you have chosen to stay. Paralimni has reluctantly taken over from Famagusta as the capital of the eastern section of Cyprus. It's a pleasant little town seemingly a universe away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist scene only a few kilometres away on the coast. There is a pleasantly paved central square with two versions of the church of Agios Georgios, a sprinkling of restaurants and shops and perhaps a gaggle of curious tourists.
