  • Prices are based on period of rental for a maximum of 6 sharing, and are quoted in British Pounds, however payment can also be made in Euros at rate agreed with owner.

    25% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance payable
    8 weeks prior to arrival date.
    £150 refundable deposit is also required for breakages/damage deposit
    Refund will be made 2 weeks after date of departure once on-site management agents confirm no damages/breakages.
    Arrival dates will be secured only upon receipt of cleared funds.
  • Cleaning -
    The apartment is cleaned to a very high standard prior to arrival. A mid week
    clean and laundry change can be arranged at a cost of £50 for a 2 person
    booking, £60 for a 4 person booking and £75 for 6 person booking. Prices on
    application for shorter stays minimum of 3 days.
  • Changeover day -
    Changeover days are flexible. Arrival check in is normally 3pm and departure
    check out is 11am but times can also be flexible.

Out & About: Coast/Beach There are many beautiful ans scenic sandy beaches in the Algarve and you will find some of the best along the Albufeira coastline. From secluded, sheltered coves to broad stretches of fine sand. The nearest beach is approx. 1km away at Praia de Santa Eulália. A land-train runs every few minutes from 'The Strip' and will take you close to Fisherman's Beach and the 'Old Town', or a short 10 minute walk could take you to the ever popular Oura beach.

Golf: Parque da Corcovada is ideally situated for golf lovers visiting the Algarve. Offering some of the finest golf in Europe, Albufeira has 3 main courses: Salgados Golf Club an 18 hole course located behind the beautiful sandy beach of Praia de Gale, Balaia Golf Village a very attractive 9 hole course and Sheraton Pine Cliffs a 9 hole course situated on the cliff top near Albufeira

Corcovada - luxury accommodation with sunshine

I stayed at Brian and Alison's apartment for 9 days in August with my four children and brother. The apartment was absolutely lovely, very clean and well presented - a welcoming basket was in the kitchen for us with a note - such a homey touch. The apartment had everything we could ask for. Brian helped me and provided me with everything I required - we had all the information and instructions how to get to the apartment - we even had a text the following day to make sure we were comfortable and to enjoy our stay. Nearby is the Corcovada Club which is run by Martha and Jose - they were really helpful and made us welcome. There is home cooked food and drinks, which you eat on the premises and enjoy being by the poolside.

We went out during the day to Villamoura and The Old Town which is a must - the streets are full of traders, selling all local pottery to clothes and other souvenirs. At night we walked along 'The Strip' and took in the nightlife. My family had a really comfortable stay and we will definitely be making another visit, and hopefully to rent out Brian and Alison's apartment for our stay.

I recommend this apartment with no hesitation - the service you receive is really wonderful, and the owner's are truly helpful and friendly. Well done Brian and Alison, you have made this apartment very appealing with your warmth and helpfulness.

Parque de Corcovada

In July this year my family spent 11 nights at this fantastic apartment. We found the accommodation to be very clean, modern and spacious, which was excellent as our two children had space to play as well as to eat and sleep. Brian had arranged transfers to and from the airport and for a local hotelier Jose, to show us to the apartment and explain the security system and other useful information. This was great as we felt we could contact Jose if there were any problems.
The pool area was spacious and there was a good size adult pool and a separate children's pool. Some days there were not enough sun loungers, however there is plenty of grass to use if you are not up early enough! The pool area was very clean and well maintained and although the apartment does not overlook the pool it is only a couple of minutes walk, handy when the weather was hot.
The apartment had air conditioning and lots of home comforts. It was about a 10 minute walk to the strip where all the pubs and restaurants are, although we preferred the Old Town which was only 10 minutes by taxi, as it had a great atmosphere and we felt was more suitable for our children.
Despite the current poor exchange rate we found most things very reasonably priced and ate out every evening. The Corcovada Club across the road, owned by Jose, was particularly great value and had a play area for the children.
We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a holiday an Portugal, it is secure and has everything you would need.

Fun, Sun and Corcovada!

Myself and my family are just back from Albuferia where we stayed in Brian and Alisons 2 bed apartment in Corcovada. We knew we were in for a treat from seeing photos but didn't realise how spacious, modern and immaculatey clean it was and with all mod.cons. The owners left a manual with instructions how to use all the facilities in the apartment and even researched the area and made suggestions of things to do during our stay. It is in a very nice location of the complex with the use of private pools to the rear, adults/childrens. It is a short walk to the "Strip" a hub of activity and entertainment, with abundance of bars, restaurants and shops. The owner was very helpful, approachable and contacted us to see was everything ok for us. The complex management were also very helpful, a Portugese couple with fluent English, non-intrusive but great to know they are there if you need them. They are based in the Corcovada Clubhouse if you have any queries. Albuferia has something for everybody, but this apartment topped off our holiday. It really is home from home. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay a terrific one. The welcome note and starter pack was a nice touch. We would whole-heartedly recommend this apartment and will be back.

Dreamy holiday in Parque da Corcovada

Parque da Corcovada is a stunning complex of apartments, in the lively, sun drenched town of Albufeira. It was the first time that I had been to the Algarve and I was blown away with the beauty of the town.

Our apartment was brand new, shinny and spotlessly clean. All of the rooms were large and spacious, and fully equipped with all the domestic appliances you would expect to find at home. There were fresh towels for home and beach; and there was even a welcome basket with bits to get us started. We spent many tranquil hour roasting by pools to the rear of the apartments.

The owners had prepared a file containing things to do, and places to go as well transport information.

Albufeira's beach was a short walk away, and was clean and not too busy. The high street was even closer. It was bussing with bars and restaurants and came alive at night. Because we hired a car, we were able to discover a different beach each day all of which were stunning.

I would definitely recommended this holiday to anyone, because I had such a great time. My wife and I have agreed that we are definitely going back next your.
