Hesperides Gardens is a prestigious development in the Universal area, close to the quaint old town and bustling harbour. Luxurious,fully air conditioned apartment with 2 bedrooms, (1 double, 1 twin) 2 bathrooms, both with wc, shower & bath & vanity unit. Spacious lounge Sky Freeview TV, DVD and music system. 2&3 seater sofas (largest converts to double bed) Dinning table seats 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, oven & hob, microwave & washing machine. Iron & board, cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils provided. The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, hairdryer & a safe. The large patio can be accessed from the lounge & bedrooms. Here you can dine and relax at the 6 seater table and laze on 2 private sun loungers,whilst overlooking the main infinity pool. The second pool enjoys late afternoon sun. Towels & linen provided (Bring your own beach towels) The apartment is on the second floor, easily accessed by lift or stairs. Private car parking space.

Paphos is an all year round destination with some 340 days of sunshine a year. English is widely spoken and you can drive on the left and use English three pin plugs. The apartment is centrally located, 5 minute walk to the local convenience store and 20 minutes to the harbour, bars, shops & restaurants. A car is recommended if you wish to explore further afield although buses and taxis are very reasonable. The beautiful Coral Bay is 15 minutes drive away, offering a beach and water sports. Mountain villages offer vineyards and tavernas, and from the harbour you can secure a great day at sea, snorkel and swim- great fun! Whilst Paphos is seeped in history with archaeological sites, the water park, karting track & mini golf cater for younger guests. Laatchi (near Polis) about an hour's drive away, Nicosia, the capital approx. 2hours journey. There are three golf courses nearby, and many areas for great walking - especially around the coast.

    • To secure a booking, £100 non refundable deposit is required with the balance paid 8 weeks prior to the letting date

    • Non payment of balance will result in cancellation of booking
    • A refundable breakage deposit of £100 will be required 8 weeks before departure which will be returned after 14 days pending an on site management report
    • No smoking is permitted within the apartment & no pets allowed
    • Guests to replace breakages like for like

    • Provisional apartment booking will be held for 1 week only to allow booking of flights

    Cancellation
    • Up to 4 weeks before letting date – 50% of balancing payment forfeited

A very nice break

We really liked the apartment, complex and Paphos!

The apartment is exactly as described and spacious enough for us and our two teenage children (four of us in total). The large balcony was great to sit out on an evening.

It's about a 15 minute taxi drive from Paphos airport (this cost us 30 Euros, although I did try to haggle with the taxi owner).

The complex is also very nice - it wasn't overly busy when we were there but there were enough other people and families there to talk to and get to know (usually around the pool area).

There are two local mini-markets about a gentle 10 minute walk which catered for our day to day food (the one on the right as you walk down is cheaper than the one on the left) so going self-catering was no problem (Dominos pizza also do a handy free delivery service within about 10 minutes of placing an order!).

A 20 minute walk takes you into the Kato Paphos harbour area with its myriad restraunts and cafes so eating out is quite easy.

We were only there for 7 nights which seemed to fly past and could quite easily have managed a fortnight. We would recommend the apartment for a nice, relaxing holiday and would most certainly book again!

My wife and I stayed at this apartment recently and had a wonderful holiday. The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and well-appointed. It is air-conditioned throughout which was very welcome as the tempratures soared to the high 30s outside. All appliances are modern and everything was in excellent working order. Great views from the balcony and the ceiling fans kept us cool out there in the evenings. Pleasant walks to restaurants and bars in the harbour area only a 20 minute slow stroll away. Pool area was great for quiet sunbathing and loungers were always available. Would definitely stay there again.
