It features a spacious, new Domus kitchen and stainless steel appliances: gas stove, side by side fridge freezer with water and ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer. The suite encompasses the entire top floor and has windows on four sides to maximize the ocean breezes from the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the beautiful oceanview. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and includes washer and dryer. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans and lots of closet space. The living and dining rooms at the front of the unit have oak parquet floors. In addition it has two entrances, a den, a large covered patio and a garage. Mermaid Apartments is located on a quiet road in a residential neighbourhood away from traffic noise yet close to restaurants and a supermarket. Hummingbirds and Bananaquits flit through the garden feeding on nectar. Birds chirp during the day and the Whistling Frogs serenade you at night. A secluded beach, two minutes walk away, is perfect for moonlight swimming. Mermaid Apartments is situated 10 minutes from the Barbados International Airport and is close to a supermarket, gas station, fruit and vegetable store, delicatessen and restaurants. The capital, Bridgetown, is a 30 minute drive. It is a half hour drive to the East Coast and South Coast surfing is about 20 minutes away. Barbados is surrounded by beautiful beaches on the east, south and west coasts. Mermaid offers a quiet and relaxing setting on the south east coast with easy access to the hub of the south coast. Private roof sundeck. With a little imagination you can see Africa!

    A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required within 14 days of confirmation to secure reservation. Reservations will be cancelled if the deposit is not received within 14 days of booking.

  • Cancellation Policy:
    We hope you don't have to cancel, but if it happens:

    All deposits are non-refundable and forfeited upon cancellation.
    Reservations are cancelled and deposits forfeited where payment in full is not received 60 days prior to arrival.
    For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a refund will be issued less a 25% fee.
