No. 6 Birch Street is located in heart of the beautiful village of Nayland just 1 hour from central London,and 7 miles from Britain's oldest recorded town Colchester. Nayland makes a wonderful centre from which to explore surrounding historic towns including Lavenham, Long Melford and Bury St Edmunds and of course no visit to Suffolk would be complete without a visit to Suffolk's beautiful heritage coast at Aldeburgh, Southwold and Orford. There are a number of excellent gastro pubs locally, notably The Angel and The Crown both at Stoke by Nayland, The Crown at Bildeston, Milsoms at Dedham and of course the Anchor in Nayland itself.
