Good location, beautiful apartment

This is a gorgeous apartment located one street off St Julians (the street behind the McDonalds, although access to the apartment is from two streets off St Julians).

It is close to the supermarket and many restaurants but a farther walk (15 minutes or so) to the sandy beach or pool located in Ballutta Bay.

This apartment has air conditioning but only in the main living room and the large bedroom (double bed). It was extremely hot while we were in Malta so we purchased fans for the other two bedrooms; hopefully they are still there when you go! It also has a great TV set up but no cable TV, must use DVDs.

For those with strollers- the lift in the building is very narrow. The entrance is about as wide as a large rolling suitcase. We had to take the wheels off of my Phil and Ted's stroller but my friend didn't have a problem with hers.

While there we had some issues with the apartment out of the control of the owner/management. The response to our problems was fast and Andy was great to work with.

Overall, it was a great place to be. Can't beat the price! I'd recommend it to my friends.

Stayed here for a week with 5 friends, thoroughly enjoyed it. The decor is superb, clean and brand new. The location is good for both dining and clubbing. Would highly recommend.
