Torrevieja: convenient ground floor apartment situated in a pleasant area consisting of a front terrace overlooking the communal pool, lounge/dining area, American kitchen with fridge freezer, hob oven and microwave. Utility room with washer and boiler, rear covered yard (possible 3rd bedroom) main bedroom double with built-in wardrobes, bedroom 2 twin beds with build-in wardrobe, bathroom with shower over bath and bidet. Security gates and grilles, shops, bars, restaurants are within easy reach, beach 10mins walk. Main beach promenade in also 10min walk. Medical centre, taxis, Torrevieja's Friday morning market are just 3mins walk. Main bus terminal is 5 mins. church is 5mins. This property is in a private gated complex consisting of approx 25 low rise apartments. Each resident has their own key to the entrance gates. This apartment is fully furnished from new bedlinen supplied to cutlery. It is in excellent decorative condition.
