An exquisite stone bergerie, renovated using original features - beams and exposed stone walls - to create a beautiful family house. Four bedrooms - a master suite with en-suite bathroom, a double or twin and a twin bedroom sharing a family bathroom plus a separate family apartment with double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. The house is decorated using antique hand-painted doors, is fitted with modern, state-of-the-art equipment in the kitchen and bathrooms and has satellite TV and WiFi internet. The house is air-conditioned upstairs and has fans in all other rooms and provides accommodation for up to 8 people. Set within a pretty garden of terraced lawns, olive and palm trees, with a dominant date palm towering above the house, there`s a private pool, traditional outdoor BBQ and also indoor kitchen BBQ. Located in a peaceful residential neighbourhood of Mougins, it`s a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk (1.5km) into the heart of this picturesque Cote d'Azur village.
