This immaculate apartment on a high-spec development in the heart of Paphos can comfortably accommodate 5 guests. It will appeal to couples and families looking for high quality self catering apartment within easy reach of beaches, shops, bars and restaurants and the ancient harbour with promenade. The comfortable lounge opens out on the large private sun terrace which overlooks one of the 4 swimming pools. There is also a children’s pool and air-conditioned gym. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with 2 bedrooms and a large family bathroom. In the lounge area there are two sofas one of which easily converts into a sofa bed, a 26” LCD TV, DVD and Nile sat TV. The large, fully-equipped kitchen offers you the option of dining at home or al fresco. You can also try one of the many local tavernas which are within walking distance of the apartment. This location is ideal for couples and families looking for a central location for an activity holiday where a car is not essential.

The apartment is set in a quiet residential part of Paphos within walking distance of the tourist area yet with 2 mini-supermarkets less than a 3 minute walk away. For the golfer, Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley golf course are within half an hour’s drive. Both are open to the public. The Akamas Peninsular is a preserved area of natural beauty ideal for walkers and climbers. Even though temperatures are warm in Paphos during the winter months it is also possible to ski in the Troodos Mountains. From water parks to go-carting, golf to luxury spas there is something for everyone.
