Located just outside Javea in the peaceful urbanisation La Lluca with its own large 12 x 5 metre pool, set in tropical gardens, with palms & fruit trees, there is an complete outside summer kitchen, with fridge, hobb & BBQ for outdoor dinning under the covered terrace alongside the pool. There are 4 very large stylishly decorated bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bath or shower room. Two bedrooms are on one side of the house & two on the other,making this an ideal residence for either two families or large groups. There is a large spacious lounge with TV & separate dinning room & glazed terrace with doors leading out onto the terracotta tiled terrace. The kitchen is completely modernised with stainless steel appliances & dishwasher. The garden is completely enclosed & set on a flat plot with lawns & trees.
