The apartments are on the 1st and 2nd floor of the sunny side of the house. They are comfortable, rustic and newly equipped. They have kitchens, sunny balconies, telephone and TV. There is a sunbathing area with suits and a wonderful view upon the mountains. The healthy air invites you to rest and relax. In the summer and in the winter, you can find well-kept walking paths in the close vicinity. You can enjoy the fresh wood air and the fantastic view upon the valley. There are short ways to the mountain railways and ski starts. Directly in front of the house, the walking path along the bank of Loisach unfolds, and offers possibilities for long walks and benches for relaxing. In a few minutes on foot, you can reach Loisach, one of our beautiful theme parks for families with children, with various games and sports. On request, we can offer a rich breakfast and bread roll delivery service. Garmisch offers a lot of entertainment, different activities, folk theatres, and a nice parking lot.

This apartment has around 45 m² and it has a large living/sleeping area (separated). Here you can find a big kitchenette and a corner seat with 2 chairs. On the large, sunny balcony, you can relax on the canvas chairs and enjoy the wonderful mountainous panorama. All the apartments are new, and furnished with rustic furniture.
