A very nice seafront apartment in the sought after area of Port Adriano / El Toro. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and a lounge/dining area opening to a spacious terrace, offering great views over the sea and the marina. The terrace has sun all day and offers sunblinds as well in case you want to relax in the shade. The apartment is very light and airy and has a very relaxed feel about it. The beach is only a 5 min walk, and is ideal for kids with very sandy and shallow water. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within a 2 min walk. The main bedroom offers a double bed, access to the balcony, sea views and a large wardrobe. The second bedrooms has bunk beds, ideal for kids. The bathroom has a bath/shower and the kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the building has one lift. On street parking and only 10 minutes from Magaluf and Santa Ponsa. The complex offers a nice garden and a dip pool. A great place for a relaxing holiday.

The apartment is served by a regular bus service linking into all major towns on the island. The El Toro beach is a 5 minute walk away. The nearby village of El Toro has an excellent bakery, a selection of useful shops, banks and a supermarket all of which are only a 2 minute walk away. The recently built marina of Port Adriano is a boat lovers paradise and has many delightful restaurants, bars and shops in it, again a 5 minute walk away. The village is peaceful and quiet but the busy towns of Santa Ponsa and Magaluf are only a few minutes away by car.

Additional information about rental rates

  • All prices are in EURO and per week with a max. of 4 person sharing. Additional person on request and surcharge. Length of your stay is flexible.
    A deposit of 50% of total booking is required to confirm your dates - to be paid via bank transfer.
    The balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival or in cash in EUR on arrival.
  • Please note that there will be a EUR 200 damage deposit required for any damage caused or excessive amounts of cleaning. This will be refunded upon the return of the key on your day of departure.
  • Changeover day is flexible. However, it does depend on other weeks booked.
    For extended winter stays, rates are negotiable. Check in Time is normally after 3 pm and check out before 11 am. However, we try to accommodate your wishes depending on the booking situation.

General Information: Magaluf which is about 10 minutes away by car is essentially a family resort with Aqua Parks (2) , Go-Karts, An Ocean Park and mini Golf plus huge variety of restaurants, bars, night clubs and shops to suit all tastes. Magaluf has a beautiful wide and long beach of fine sand. Santa Ponsa which is about 5 minutes drive by car lies in the opposite direction. A much more leisurely town than Magaluf but also with a fine beach, many bars, restaurants and shops and again a very large and beautiful beach of fine sand. The area also has many lovely small coves and bays with delightful small beach restaurants serving wonderful fresh fish plus many other tasty Mallorcan dishes.

Local Information: To go swimming from the beach in the beautiful El Toro bay is la 5 minute walk away. Most Water Sports are available on the Santa Ponca or Magaluf beaches. Golf is available at Golf 1 & 2 in Santa Ponsa which is about a 10 minute car drive away. There is also Golf Poniente which is near Magaluf a 15 minute car drive away and finally the beautiful course at Royal Golf Bendinat which is about 25 minute car drive away. There are numerous nice restaurants to suit all budgets in Port Adriano plus a new 5* Hotel with SPA all within 5 mins walking distance.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the apartment in May. The apartment was very clean, comfy and great for our kids. The location is great, everything in easy walking distance. A very relaxing holiday and we will be back next year.
