4 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 2 shower rooms. Sleeps 8 Lovely villa located in a quiet area of Javea only a 5 minute drive form the sandy Arenal beach and all its amenities. Accommodation comprises a lounge-diner with fireplace, 2 bedrooms with king size beds, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 1 bathroom, 2 shower rooms, equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, utility room with washing machine, and 2 further fridges, covered terrace with sofas and table and open terrace with private pool, sunbeds, table, chairs and large parasol. There is also off-street parking with an electric entrance gate.

  • If you are traveling with children we can help you with some extras to make your stay more comfortable. We will collect from the hire shop free of charge and arrange for the following equipment to be at the villa. Please be sure to book well in advance especially in mid, high and peak seasons as items are limited so you may find the equipment is not available.

  • There is no security deposit. I use a secure booking engine which charges a non-refundable 30 euro damage insurance and and 12 euro booking fee.
  • Keys will be at the property in a secure keybox. If you need a keyholder to meet you and take you to the property, there will be a charge of 30€.
