This beautiful villa is in two parts. The principal one have 2 floors, in the first floor there is a open kitchen and living room, there is one bedroom with is private bathroom ;on the second floor there is another bedroom with is private bathroom and a dressing room with a terrace. The second part of the villa has another bedroom, with a private bathroom, in which 3 persons can sleep. In between these 2 buildings is the swimming pool. The villa is complete furnished. You can go outside of the both villa and jump into the swimming pool. There is a nice garden around the villa. There is lcd TV with satellite.

Es Trenc is one of the most beautiful largest and crystal clear water beach of Palma. For the golfers you will find the 'Son Antem 'golf course is just 15 minutes away (36 holes). Palma is about 25 minutes away by car. You can reach also very quickly the west cost with their little calas. This is a cyclists paradise where many professionals train. The location is nice because it is quiet and all around there are villas. There is a lot of facilities to access the road to visit all the island.
