The apartment is south facing, close to the large sandy beach of Santa Ponsa and right in the middle of restaurants, bars and the bustling night life which Santa Ponsa has to offer. 'The Square' which offers a host of entertainment in the summer months, is only a short walk away. The apartment comprises a double bedroom and twin bedded room, both with ample wardrobe and drawer space. The large lounge/dining room leads directly onto the balcony, which overlooks the pool, and is well furnished. The shower/toilet room has been refurbished to a very high standard as has the galley kitchen. The lounge is air-conditioned and has Satellite television. The pool has a shallow section for children and there is a children's play area within the gardens.

There are numerous family attractions close by such as water parks, sea world center, go-karting, numerous sporting activities including walking, cycling, water sports, horse riding and golf - there are 14 golf courses within a 10 minute drive. The City of Palma is a 15 minute drive away where you can catch the open-topped bus to take in the sights, including the beautiful Cathedral and you can catch the train from Plaza Espanyol to the beautiful town of Soller where you can catch the tram to the Port of Soller, passing the many lemon, orange and grapefruit groves. The local tourist office provides details of the many excursions available from Santa Ponsa which can be enjoyed, either with an organised excursion or by exploring under your own steam.

We Stayed in this apartment on the 23rd till the 30th of sept 2009. My family and i found if very accomadating.We had our two children with us and we taught the pool and playground areas were perfect for them. Very clean.cosy living area. Air conditioning was brillent and a must have.Great cooking facilities just like home from home. excellent views. close to all the essentials,beach,shops,bars and resturants ect.. will definitly be visiting again.

My husband and I stayed in this apartment in sept 08. The apartment was spotless and well facilitated. Ideal for all types of holiday makers.We had our 2month old baby with us and it was perfect as it is quiet and not over looking the street.the apartment had a travel cot which was great.view of the bay is to die for.close to entertainment supermarkets ect.pool is just below the spacious balcony and is great for children. all round great spot.we would highly recomend this apartment.
