Fitted kitchen; lounge area with TV, DVD, music system, air-conditioning; 2 spacious bedrooms with built-in wardrobes; bathroom with washing machine; private terrace (that can be accessed from the lounge and also from bedroom 2) offering views of the communal swimming pool, to the sea and the island of La Gomera. The complex has a reception, laundry, squash courts, lift and is located only a 5 minute walk from the sea front and close to all local amenities. Walking distance to a variety of bars, shops and restaurants. LONG TERM RENTAL AVAILABLE FROM 1st OCTOBER. 550€ PER MONTH INCL BILLS.

Originally a Spanish fishing village Puerto Santiago lies between the busier resorts of Los Gigantes and Playa Arena. A very family friendly resort with a wide variety of attractions on offer both locally and further afield: whale and dolphin boat trips, water sports, diving. Tours available to the main Tenerife attractions - Loro Parque, Aqualand, Parque Las Aguilas and the newly opened Siam Park. A large selection of restaurants, bars and entertainment bars. Public buses to Las Americas run frequently from the end of the road. Los Gigantes has an annual fiesta around February / March time and Puerto Santiago has its own fiesta in July with fantastic firework displays.
