Apartment Melita is a comfortable and spacious 1 bedroom apartment in a brand new apartment block with large communal swimming pool and sunbathing terrace. It is located 500 m from the fishing / tourist village of Slatine on the island of Ciovo. Enjoy the local secluded beaches by day and in the evening dine at the village's restaurants or buy freshly caught fish at the daily market to cook back at the apartment. Explore the Medieval alleyways of the World Heritage town of Trogir, 8 km or a short water taxi ride away.

Come in the high season of July and August and you’ll find island Ciovo and Trogir vibrant with life with holidaymakers from all over Europe. During the day enjoy in local beaches, sun and coffee shops; taste local cuisine and sample the friendly people of the village. Alternatively explore the Trogir town; get familiar with its history and the local culture. Or take a 30 km drive to Split and wander through the 1700 year old alleyways of Dioclecean's Palace. For a quiet holiday come in April-June or September/October. Easy and regular access to the mainland makes it a great place to have not just a relaxing beach holiday with the whole island to explore by scooter, boat or car, but also makes for a convenient base from which to visit the historic sites of Split, Trogir, beautiful Krka waterfalls, adventures rafting on Cetina river and other interesting places on the mainland.
