This 200 year old historic house is tri-level and has 3 bedrooms with bathroom and separate toilet. It has a large, comfortable seating area along with eat in dining area. Kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. The house is just a 5 minute walk to the park, farmer's market, boulanerie, bank, shops, etc. It is also just a short 15 minute walk from the beach and close to many other local attractions and coastlines.

Start your morning with the smell of freshly baked baguettes from the two 'boulangeries' in town and enjoy a short 15 minute walk to the beach. This charming village also allows you to enjoy live Celtic music during the summer months along wtih Brittany's famous crepes and cider all year long. The property is a comfortable, tri-level house with 3 bedrooms and sleeps 5 people. In addition to the bathroom with a separate toilet, there is a fully equipped kitchen with all you need to cook your freshly purchased fish and produce from the farmer's market. Etables-sur-mer is easily reached by a 20 min. car ride from the Saint Brieuc train station or from the ferry into Dinan.
