Anthéor is a high-class suburb of the city of Saint-Raphaël. This city is very large with only 35000 habitants, located half the way between Cannes and Saint-Tropez. Saint-Raphaël offers nearly 35 km of coast with 5 harbours, innumerable large and small beaches, TGV-train station, airport shuttle and regularly ferry to Cannes and Saint-Tropez. The access to the domain of Anthéor is only possible for residents with key code, which underlines his exclusive and calm nature. Anthéor is bordered on the south by the Mediterranean Sea ands north side by the Estérel-Mountains. You can reach Anthéor by the fabulous coast road 'Corniche d'Or' from Cannes or Saint-Raphaël.

leider Baulärm von der Nachbarschaft rechts und links
Stromprobleme, Fön und Fernsehen geht nicht gleichzeitig ..oder Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine, wenig sicher da am dritten Tage
Einbruch durch Holzküchenfenster,
Betten schlecht
aber toller Meerblick vom Wohnzimmer und Poolterasse- das Beste am Haus
Owner's Response: Gegen eine im Bau befindliche Neubauvilla auf einem angrenzenden Grundstück kann man leider nichts machen, zumal wenn sich die Baufertigstellung um drei Monate verzögert hat! Ansonsten kann man sich eigentlich keine ruhigere Lage vorstellen: es handelt sich um eine Privatstrasse nur für Anlieger, weit und breit gibt es keine Firmen, Restaurants oder gar Diskotheken, die Lärmquellen sein könnten.
Die Stromprobleme sind uns nicht bekannt, wurden auch von den Mietern während Ihres Aufenthalts nicht reklamiert. Vorige- und Anschlussmieter hatten diese Probleme nicht.
Und auch gegen Einbrüche ist der Vermieter leider machtlos, zumal wenn die Mieter nachts die Fensterläden nicht einmal im Erdgeschoss schliessen.
Bei den Betten handelt es sich natürlich um französische Betten, nicht um zwei Meter breite deutsche Doppelbetten.

Ein nett eingerichtetes Haus mit tollem Meerblick. Die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig. Ein sehr hilfsbereiter Verwalter vor Ort stand uns in allen Fragen zur Seite. Für uns als älteres Ehepaar war das Haus gut geeignet.
