Casa Havana sleeps 2-16 people. It is a luxury spacious 5/7 bedroom villa with full air con and gas central heating, extra large pool and spa hot tub, quiet area with views. Secure car parking area. The villa’s tranquil setting, overlooks a lush pine forest and is a short drive from a safe, sandy beach. At Casa Havana there is also a Luxury Penthouse suite available to rent with the villa at an extra charge depending upon the season. Rental of the penthouse is compulsory for more than 12 people. If not rented the penthouse is locked and unoccupied. This beautiful villa has recently been renovated. There are 5 bedrooms in the main villa, furnished to a very high level. There is a large family kitchen and also a second smaller kitchen and the separate master suite has an en-suite Jacuzzi bath and a kitchenette. The stunning garden has several terraces with palm, orange and lemon trees. A covered terrace, known in Spain as the Naya, will entice you to enjoy al fresco dining and BBQ

The historic town of Moraira has a marina and numerous exclusive restaurants. Within a short drive are the seaside town of Calpe and Benidorm. The picturesque seaside town of Javea and inland town of Lliber in the lovely wine making Jalon Valley are less than 20 minutes drive away and don’t miss out on a visit to the beautiful old village of Guadalest. For families there are many enjoyable theme parks to visit just outside of Benidorm including Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia, Mundomar. For adults a meal and show at Benidorm Palace is not to be missed. Visit the guitar factory at Gata de Gorgos for a taste of the Flamenco tradition of Spain. The area offers entertainment, activities, sports, places of interest to suit all tastes and age groups and of course it is a marvellous location to just relax and recover from your busy working life.

An internal spiral staircase leads to the lower level, that also has outside access, where there is a further double bedroom with door to a terrace and barbecue area, a twin bedroom, and a 'den' without windows that has two Moroccan sofa beds, sofa and armchairs, television, video and music centre - ideal for teenagers as a sleeping area and lounge. Here also is another bathroom.
