This seafront apartment is directly on Malta's longest and most prestigious waterfront. The apartment has a nice combined living and sitting room, which enjoys the views of this old fishing Village still full with traditional Maltese boats. In the balcony on can sip some wine and enjoy the world go by while enjoying the sunset. The apartment is brand new and the bedrooms are all air conditioned. The combined room enjoys a fresh sea breeze and had 2 fans. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, Cable TV and is served by lift. The apartment is close to all shops, Malta`s best and most romantic restaurants, bars, nightclubs, discos,ferries and cruise boats, and most tourist attractions. The bus stop is also in the same street.

The apartment is set on St Julians seafront, just 3 minutes walking from paceville, Malta`s undisputed best place for nigh life. The promenade is several km long and is in fact Malta`s longest promenade and stretches to Sliema and Gzira. So in the evening many choose it for walking and in the morning for jogging. Sliema is a very popular high class shopping centre, with many alfresco bars and restaurants. In Sliema there is a very important ferry spot where numerous boats of all kinds take tourists on various day or night cruises. St Julians was once a fishing village but now it is a highly developed cosmopolitan village that has managed to keep its charm and character. For swimming there is a long rocky cost and a nice Sandy beach (St George1s Bay)all at walking distance. The supermarket, McDonalds, Pizza hut, many restaurants and Ice cream shops, are all within few meters. The bus stop is in the same street and so visiting all the other tourist attractions are just a bus away

the apartment fully covered our expectations. It was perfectly located and very well communicated with public transport. It was great to have supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

However, it was too hot inside the apartment. Electrical air conditioning would have been good.
The big bedroom maitresse was also a little bit unconfortable.

All the rest was great.
Owner's Response: The apartment is indeed really perfectly located,. We are disapointed to hear about the mattress. We tend to buy semi Orhtopedic (quite hard) mattresses and change them every 3-4 years. During the stay we always visit our clients to check if all is ok and up to their satsifaction. We have a fully stocked store with spare items, and changing the mattress would not have been a problem even on a Sunday. Malta in July August and September is very hot and can be quite humid. Apartment is not on the top floor and nearly always enjoys a cool sea breeze. Apartment has 2 electric fans per room and Airconditioning is optional but at an extra cost.

Beautiful place......perfect apartment with all accessories....near to centre and near to Paceville too......i hope to come again in malta!!!!
