The name belies the substantial size of this eloquent period family home. Built around 1930 this ‘small’ manor house offers guests fine accommodation associated with the Edwardian era. As you enter into a grand hallway, you really can imagine yourself in a scene from Agatha Christies Miss Marple. Most of the ground floor rooms boast original wood paneling and imposing fireplaces. All of the rooms are of generous proportions not found in modern properties. This holiday home is equipped with all modern appliances and some from bygone eras including a delightful ‘Rayburn’ in the kitchen. The secure garden is in every way as beautiful as the house, surrounded by mature hedging with a large lawn, patio, BBQ and ample parking for the extended family. The whole family can enjoy a summer BBQ, children can safely play in the large garden and the adults can enjoy a glass of wine in complete relaxation.
