Girona Design is a bright and pleasant apartment which has been refurbished in September 2007. With its pure design decoration, it is the ideal location both to live the daily life among the locals and to explore the city and its historic spots on foot. The apartment is located on Girona street, only two blocks away from Urquinaona and Gran Via avenue. Plaza Catalunya and the Old City are only a few steps away. All around you will find practical shops, restaurants and bars so typical of the Eixample district. The underground stops Urquinaona (red and yellow lines) and Monumental (purple line) within a five minute walk. This 65 m2 apartment is equipped with elevator, though there are eight steps to do on foot. Its living room has sitting and dining area and an American kitchen. There are two bedrooms: one double bed oriented towards the inner patio and therefore very tranquil, the other one with a single bed. A bathroom with shower completes the offer.

This 110 m2 apartment, which is remarkably large for Barcelona norms, is situated on a first floor (with elevator, though there are eight steps to do on foot). Its orientation towards the inner patio guarantees total tranquility, and compensates, together with the quality and the cosy atmosphere of the flat, for the little daylight and the poor views. The living room with sitting and dining area is pleasant and comfortable with happy colours, and has been separated from the very well equipped kitchen. There are three bedrooms, all with lots of storage space for your personal belongings. The beautiful main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath, that can also be used as a shower. The second bedroom has two single beds, and the third bedroom has bunk beds and a small desk. A second fully equipped bathroom with whirlpool shower completes the offer.

  • For this apartment, price includes a weekly cleaning service for stays longer than two weeks, with change of bed linen and towels.
  • Prices are valid for bookings for one or two persons. Any extra person pays 10 € per night.

    A global fee (20 €) for check-in and check-out will be applied to all reservations. Late check-in and early check out, as well as check-in and check-out on Sunday, have a 30 € surcharge. Stays shorter than 5 nights have a 40 € surcharge.

    Upon arrival a guarantee of 400 € will be asked. This amount will be refunded in cash on the day of departure, if all conditions are met.
