This apartment was recently renovated by an architect, with a pure and contemporary style and glossy white furniture. The bright and immaculate living room offers a comfortable lounge space with high-quality sofa bed, flat-screen TV, DVD player and dining area. The living room faces the quiet Rue du Gros Caillou, which gives a village house feeling to this property. The open kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, hood, traditional/microwave oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee-maker and all necessary utensils/dishes for a pleasant meal. The separate bedroom, with double bed and large wardrobe, overlooks a quiet courtyard. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with walk-in shower, sink and WC. This unit is located on the groundfloor of the building.

The Rue du Gros Caillou is a very quiet semi-pedestrian sidestreet two steps away from the Eiffel Tower, between Rue de Grenelle and Rue Saint Dominique, in the heart of one of Paris most sought after and safest area. The well-known open market of the Rue Cler, only 150m away, and stores around the corner (supermarket, bakery, chocolate maker) will allow you to prepare tasty meals, unless you prefer to try one the numerous restaurants of the Rue St Dominique: le Violon d'Ingres, les Cocottes, la Fontaine de Mars or les Fables de la Fontaine... A short walk will take you to the Invalides, the shops of Avenue Montaigne and the Champs Elysées.

Very clean with good quality linens and kitchen ware. Kitchenette unit and table are very small, so not good for serious cooking. It would be too small for 4 adults. Both the double bed and double sofa bed were extremenly comfortable. Privacy between 2 rooms very limited as divided only by a curtain. Bathroom very small but good shower.
The apt is in a lovely quiet street with virtually no traffic but just 5mins walk away from all required amenities. Baker, butcher, greengrocer and supermarket all very close.
