A 7 minute walk will take you to Prospect Park and the heart of Park Slope featuring the best restaurants and cafes in Brooklyn. This is a NON SMOKING ONLY apartment and is fully-equipped with new furniture and linens, kitchen, eating area (seats 4), private bathroom,42 inch flat screen TV with HD directv, free WI-FI access, mobile with unlimited phone calls in the US.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Note: $75 cleaning fee
    $250 booking deposit is required. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied towards rent.
    The full rental amount is due upon arrival in cash or US postal money order.
  • Paypal accepted for booking deposit, you can pay with eCheck, debit or credit card through Paypal..
    The base rate is for up two 2 guests. If up to 4 guests are staying the rate is $75 extra per guest per week. Holiday rates vary (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years)
    There is a $250 booking deposit required for reservation. You can pay with credit card (Paypal)
    The remainder balance is due upon arrival, this can be paid by US postal money order or cash.
    Upon arrival your booking deposit will convert to a fully refundable $250 security/damage deposit.
    This is refunded after checkout as long as there are no damages sustained to property.
    If you or someone staying smoke, you will loose your security deposit.
    This will require me to change all the drapes and even sanitize the rugs, sofa and chair.
    Apartment is equipped with cigarette smoke detector.
    Three or more weeks booking receive discounted rates except summer peak season.

Fantastic Holiday Apartment!

We had a fabulous 10 night stay at this beautifully clean, modern and cosy apartment...

Joe (the owner) was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating to our needs. The apartment was very clean, exactly as described and had all the facilities and amenities we required. It felt like our private home for the holiday. We were extremely satisfied with Joe's hospitality and the quality of the apartment; we would certainly rent this apartment again!

The apartment was ideally situated only minutes from the subway so within easy reach of Manhattan or any New York destination. We felt safe and secure in the apartment, which was close to many grocery stores, etc. We did not visit any local restaurants, as preferred to cook in the apartment or go into Manhattan. But a nice, scenic walk to Prospect Park where you can enjoy a relaxing BBQ / Picnic is lovely.

Overall, we would certainly recommend this apartment and holiday rentals with Joe to our family, friends or anyone wanting a homely, gorgeous apartment, ideal for exploring the sights and life of NYC!

Simple, straightforward rental, great location

We had a great time in this apartment in Brooklyn. Great neighborhood with lots of character. There are lots of good restaurants within walking distance.
We enjoyed being able to get anywhere via the subway which was only a 2 minute walk from the apartment.

This was our first visit to New York City and this apartment was a great alternative to staying in pricey hotels in Manhattan. Good customer service, the owner was very accommodating.
