The apartment is a split penthouse which can be configured as either two single two bedroom apartments or a single four bed apartment (for large parties). It is situated in a secure two block complex with 24 hour security guard, private pool and garden area. Both apartments are fully air-conditioned with separate bathrooms and kitchens and large balconies adjacent to each main bedroom and living room giving far reaching views of the Aegean Sea.

The apartment is in a new complex with full air-conditioning, private pool and 24 hour security guard. Set in a picturesque and peaceful area of Didim, just 5 minuets by shuttle to Altinkum with its long sandy beaches and clear blue sea, it also has its own microclimate. A short stroll away you will find some shops, romantic bars and restaurants overlooking the historic and beautiful ruin’s of the Apollon temple. Altinkum has a weekly market, and water park 10 mins away for the whole family. For those of a more energetic nature, Altinkum has a number of bars night clubs and restaurants, (some with free taxi service to and from the apartment) some with live music, mostly Turku (Turkish folk music). However, Didim /Altinkum are mainly a quiet family resort with a great coastline and sandy beaches.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Terms and conditions.: Upon making a firm booking a payment of £99 deposit should be made to secure the required dates. The balance should be paid six weeks prior to your stay. The deposit is non-refundable should you cancel your visit. The address for payments is available from Sue Swann. A receipt via email will be issued. Airport transfers can be arranged at £40 for four people each way. The journey takes approximately 60 minutes and payment should be made in cash to the driver who will also make arrangements for the return journey. At the start of your stay a charge of £35/£45 extra to rental rates must be paid to ensure that the apartment is cleaned and presentable for the next occupants. This is for either a one week or two week stay. Extra weeks would be negotiable. Cleaning of your apartment can be carried out within your stay if required. Obviously there would be a similar charge for this. Clean towels and bed linen will be provided.
