Apartment Airone belongs to a 1400's farmhouse surrounded by green, featuring full comfort and quiet, convenient to a lot of tourist destinations,perfectly suitable for families with children. Situated on the top floor with an independent entrance, apartment Airone has very spacious rooms (25, 30 sqm), each with private bathroom, all the windows facing the country side. The house is fully furnished and offers all sorts of comforts including linen and bath towels as well as pool towels. The house is surrounded by a 1 hectare garden, the swimming pool area (at the Airone’s guests only disposal) has BBQ, dressing room, loggia, garden furniture, summer kitchen and bocce set. For an extra £ 7 per person, a generous continental breakfast is served every morning by the pool. This includes bread, cereals, butter, jams, croissants, fruit juice, coffee, milk and teas. Notes: The owners Anna & Carlo live on the ground floor of the farmhouse - Anna is a artist, painter graduate at the beaux Arts of Paris and gives drawing and painting lessons for her guests (contact her for time and prices), she can give advices for visiting the area, make restaurant booking, and she is available for any guest needs during their stay - She speaks fluently English, Spanish and French, and for 7 Euro each she can prepare a nice and yummy breakfast by the swimming pool area with Italian fresh bread or toasts with butter and home made jam , coffee or tea, croissants, fruit juice and organic cereals- Carlo is a farmer and can provide you his homemade wine and pecorino cheese -

Wir haben uns mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern (12-15) wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und prima erholt!

Haus, Zimmer, Garten und die ganze Umgebung bieten ausreichend Platz für 10 Personen. Alles ist Sauber und gepflegt, auch der Pool. Wer allerdings in einem Haus aus dem 14.! Jahrhundert (wirklich interessant) eine penibel-reinliche Umgebung erwartet, sollte sich es noch einmal überlegen.

Die Ausstattung ist einfach, praktisch und reichhaltig. Auch in der Außenküche gibt es genug Geschirr, einen 2. Kühlschrank und einen guten Gasherd.

Weitere Vorteile: 1,2 h nach Rom, 1h bis zum Meer, 20 Min bis zum Bolsena See. Auto ist allerdings erforderlich, da in Laufdistanz kein größerer Ort ist. Nächster Supermarkt ist 5 min. mit dem Auto in Bagnioreggio.

Internet ist sehr gut und kostenlos, die Besitzer sind sehr hilfsbereit.

Noch zu erwähnen: Tischtennisplatte, Boulefeld, und ein sehr angenehmes Klima, da fast immer nachts eine angenehm Kühler Wind weht, so dass es nachts etwas abkühlt und man sehr gut schlafen kann. Außerdem relativ wenig Mücken.
