This gorgeous apartment is situated in the heart of Morcote, on the main road running along the water front. It is arranged on 3 floors and each room has stunning, uninterrupted views of the lake. The apartment has been furnished to the highest standard of quality and comfort. On the first floor there is a large open plan living room/kitchen with windows and balcony overlooking the lake (which is literally 3 metres away!!!). The furniture is elegant and comfortable. You also find a B&O stereo system a large flat screen television with satellite and DVD. The kitchen is modern and excellently equipped with anything you may need during your stay. On the second floor of the apartment there are two large bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds, a walk in wardrobe and a beautiful bathroom with a large bath and double sink cabinet. On the third floor, under the roof, a romantic room which has been equipped with TV and DVD and space for playing or relaxing.

Morcote is the most beautiful and picturesque village on lake Lugano. It has been very well preserved and it is famous for its old buildings along the water front, where the apartment is situated, and for its church. You can enjoy a very relaxing time or if you prefer a very sporty and busy time as Lugano is only 15 Km away. The views of the lake and mountains are astonishing and the lake, just 3 metres from the apartment, offers a lot of entertainment. You can enjoy excursions to the nearby mountains or take a lake cruise to discover the rest of the lake. It is just a the most enchanting of places.
