Situated in quiet and peaceful surrounds this attractive 2 bed apartment with garden is the perfect tonic for those wanting a relaxing break. The master bedroom boasts a kingsize bed and is equipped with an en suite bathroom, there are French windows that lead out into the garden and terrace. The second bedroom also has a kingsize bed and a small sofa bed, the bedroom has ample fitted wardrobes and again French windows that lead out to the garden, both bedrooms have aircon. The comfortable lounge has a 3 seater sofa and armchair, a flat screen TV, DVD and dining table that can seat 4, this also has doors leading to the garden and air conditioning. The cute country kitchen also has access to the garden via French doors and is equipped with an oven, 4 ring gas hob, large fridge freezer. The en suite bathroom possess a washing machine, and shower enclosure, the second bathroom has a bath and shower and a separate WC. The lush peaceful garden is approx 72m2 and has 2 lemon trees.

The apartment is approx a 3 minute walk from the picturesque Port with its plethora of bars and restaurants. The Antiques Quarter of Nice is on the other side of the Port about a 6 minute walk from the apartment. Minutes away at the end of Rue Stalingrad is the ferry port for Corsica ferries. With the trip to Corsica taking less than three hours, you could be exploring the birthplace of Bonaparte by lunchtime. The small Coco Beach and Reserve are close by and are great for sunbathing and snorkelling. The main beach, Promenade, and Old Town are a 10-15 minute walk away. Riqiuer train station is only a five minute walk away and the nearest shops are literally a minutes walk away on Blvd Stalingrad. The bus to Monaco picks up passengers on Rue Carnot 15 seconds walk from the apartment, approx.every 15 mins .and the cost is only a euro.This is a great apartment to enjoy peace and quiet yet still be in a great location to discover what the French Riviera

  • All prices include 'meet and greet' on arrival, cleaning and emergency contact during your stay. Longer and shorter stays can be negotiated so please inquire.
    An initial deposit equivalent to 1/4 of the price is required to book the apartment. This can be paid via credit card. Arrival and departure days are flexible.
    We can provide freshly pressed Egyptian cotton linen and premium quality towels at £15 per person.
    The towels consist of 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel for each person. This charge is what our professional laundry service charges us. We do not make a profit from linen. Guests are more than welcome to provide their own linen.
