Central location, well managed, can be very noisy

We stayed at Aysel, second floor apartment during the last week of November. The property location can not be beat. The apartment management keep everything well stocked (detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine for example) which is a nice touch.
The building is kept clean and the apartment was very cozy during those bright but cold days.
One issue was that the street noise, particularly at night, can be very loud despite the double glazing. Luckily we had brought earplugs which were used. In particular the chicken restaurant across the street had the most hideous choice of 1990s Hollywood soundtracks (think "Titanic" theme song on an infinite loop) which they piped at loud volume through their external speaker system anytime the restaurant was open - until 2am.
