The apartment is situated on the 5th floor and has stunning views over Alghero town and the sea. It is a short walk from the sea and the old town. There is a spacious, light and airy living room with dining area and separate kitchen. There is a bran new fully equipped kitchen with kettle toaster etc. There are 2 large bedrooms one of which has a balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the view of Capocaccia and the gulf of Alghero. The first bedroom has 2 single beds that can be made into a double bed, the 2nd has 3 single beds again 2 singles can be made into a double. In the living room there is also a large sofa-bed, so the apartment can comfortably sleep up to 7 people.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor and enjoys stunning views over the City and of Capo Caccia and the sea. It is just 200mtrs or a 2 minute walk from the sea and less than a 5 minute walk into the Historical centre of Alghero. There is a small beach just 5 minutes walk away and it is possible to swim and Snorkel from the rocks. The main Lido beach is about a 15 min walk or a short bus ride away. For anyone who wants to hire a car there is on street parking available directly outside the apartment. This is the ideal base to explore the local area. There are plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby.
