This apartment offers a great base with all the necessary for a comfy stay right in the heart of historical centre. Newly furbished, step out into a pedestrian wallway that leads up to the famous Piazza del Duomo and just a few minutes from the train station, so car is not essential . Entrance off a pedestrian zone area into a marble staircase, with entrance hall where 2 bicycles are left at your disposal by the owners. On first floor the apartment entrance is onto a corridor that in one direction leads to the bright open plan living area with sofa dining table and side board with flat screen T.V.In the L shaped alcove there is a fully fitted modern kitchen, with dishwasher and an additional drop leaf breakfast table. The corridor leads to a laundry room with all essentials necessary plus the washing machine. Adjacent is a large shower room with W.C. , sink and bidet. Night area hosts two spacious bedrooms, one double, one twin. In addition a fold up single bed is provided.

Today a hub for artists and international visitors offers numerous places of interest to visit such as; Florence, Puccini's Lucca, leaning tower of Pisa, the various natural reserve parks: Apuan Alps to nearby Cinque Terre (Five Lands) and San Rossore-Migliarino-Lake Massaciuccoli. For those who just wish to take in the local atmosphere and life style, there are many sort after restaurants, cafes and a wide range of unique shops at hand. Only 3 kms to the golden sandy beaches and 5 kms from Forte dei Marmi - the VIP haven. Pisa international airport is only 30 minutes away and Florence international airport 50 minutes.
