Set in pretty landscaped gardens with a large swimming pool and communal barbecue area, Encosta da Sao Jose, completed in 2008, is ideally positioned for beach and golf lovers who wish to be away from the main town centres but still within easy reach. The 2 apartments are fully air-conditioned and heated throughout and offer top quality, well equipped, affordable self-catering holiday accommodation. They are located within easy reach of some of the finest beaches in the Algarve, all with restaurants nestling in the cliffs or on soft golden sand. Watersports at Gale Beach include jet-skiing, pedalos, bananas and slides. Many different boat trips, water-skiing and parasailing, are found at Albufeira Marina and Albufeira’s Old Town is just 5 minutes away. For golf lovers, Salgados golf course is very nearby. This is a great base from which to explore the Algarve and its superb coastline and golf courses.

It is a 25 minute walk away or 3 minutes by car. Several other smaller beaches are less than a 5 minute drive away, including Evaristo, Castelo, Coelho, São Rafael and Salgados. Salgados golf course is just five minutes away. Golf lovers are spoilt for choice with over 30 golf courses in the Algarve and this apartment in Vale da Parra is central to all. Vale de Parra is located 4km west of Albufeira, 5 minutes by car. Local amenities include supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and bars. The nearby town of Guia, home of Portugal’s famous chicken piri-piri, Algarve Shopping Centre and Albufeira Marina, with its many water sports, are a 5 minute drive away.     A 30% deposit is required to secure the reservation, with the balance payable 9 weeks before arrival.
    Cot hire at €30 per week, highchair at €15 per week, stroller at €10 per week.
    Baby bouncer free with cot hire.
    The apartment is serviced with a weekly clean, linen and towel change and additional mid-week towel change. Additional service can be provided on request. Please bring own beach towels.
    20% surcharge for Christmas/New Year bookings.
