Prospect House is a period Sussex farmhouse, the quintessential place in the country for either a weekend away with adult friends, or for a family holiday. The house has recently been given a complete facelift, and is now decorated in contemporary style, a spacious family home with wooden floors, spot- and mood-lighting, a large kitchen with a central island and a home cinema. If you are an energetic group, you will love it here. The house is set amongst three acres of gloriously landscaped and floodlit formal gardens, and a further nine acres of parkland, including a four-acre multi-sports field. Guests tend to spend their time swimming and relaxing by the pool, walking in the local woods or farther afield on the South Downs, playing tennis or team games on the sports field, riding at the stables nearby or enjoying a leisurely game of snooker. There are numerous activities and sites to visit locally and festivals to attend, including Brighton, Goodwood and Glyndebourne.

Airport: Gatwick (30 mins) Station: Lewes (10 mins away, frequent service to London Victoria (64 mins) or Uckfield.
