Luxurious 3 bed apartment, sleeps 6 is situated on ground level, suitable for wheel chairs. Air conditioned for summer and heated for winter. Fully fitted kitchen with small dining area with glass top table and chairs, dishwasher, fridge/freezer,kettle and toaster, double sink, all marble work surfaces. Washing machine in utility room with water heater and Air conditioning unit. Open Arch way from the hall into the lounge/dining area,furnished with leather sofas, Television with sky box, glass topped coffee table and occasional table. Dining area has glass topped table to seat 6, with 6 leather dining chairs. Balcony off Lounge, furnished with patio table and chairs for 6 people. Both Bathroom comprise of a bath with shower, wash basin, toilet and Bidet. On suite bedroom has double bed, the other two bedrooms are double rooms with twin beds. Aircon p.a.y.g Marble floors through out apartment. Fully furnished to a high standard.

The Bull Ring, Tivoli World amusement Park, Cable car to Mountain top, Selwo Marina World, Sea life Center, Aqua Parks at Torremalinos & Mijas 10 min. drive. Fuegirola Zoo,Local Markets, Benal Marina has the best sport facilities in the world. Casino Torrequebrada, again only minutes away on the coast road towards Fengirola. 24 Hr Square by Benal Marina for all night life, clubs and bars open all night long. Beautiful walks to explore. The area is renowned for its Golf Courses. Approx 16km from Malaga Airport. Taxis on arrival or after a short walk through airport carpark to the train station, for less than 2 euros takes you to Arroyo de la Miel, on leaving station, taxis parked outside and will take you straight to complex, a much cheaper way of travelling. Would advise car rental, if preferred

    Security deposit will be returned 1 week after departure, providing there were no losses or damage to property.
    On day of arrival, entry to apartment will be after 14:00 Hrs local time.
    On day of departure, property must be vacated by 10:30 Hrs local time, unless agreed in advance with email confirmation from agent.
  • You will be met on arrival at the complex by our representative, who will issue you with keys and take you to apartment. Should there be any problem during your stay, our representative will be available to assist you.

Notes: The complex has two large swimming pools with a children's paddling pool at each one.The one pool is located directly opposite the apartment, the other approx 100 mtrs away at the bottom of the complex. The towels, & patio furnature supplied in the apartment are NOT for use at the swimming pool. Please bring your own. There are also two paddle (tennis) courts located next to the top pool opposite the apartment. The apartment is on ground level, suitable for Wheel chair/pushchair access if required. There is a lift in the communal hallway to under ground car park.
