Very beautiful bathroom with power shower. Clear view with balcony. District 'Les Lilas' near a subway station and bus station located at 50 metres, restaurants, supermarkets and all services at proximity.

Perfect for two in Paris

My sister and I stayed in this lovely apartment for 3 nights. The pictures are spot on - everything it lovingly furnished with a nice, modern touch. The little balcony outside was perfect for a meal - the weather was still nice in late September. Access to the metro was close by, and even though the wireless didn't work (the owner said they've tried 3 times and it's just not wanting to work), there's a McDonalds right by the house that has free wifi.

We felt very welcome at the apartment - the owner's aunt met us in front of the building, there was coffee and tea and juice provided, and we didn't even have to do any of the cleaning - all included. It is a little further from the center of Paris, but honestly, with the close access to the metro it was about 15 minutes to reach anything.

The communication before our trip was very good as well. My sister and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for making our 3 days in Paris relaxing and memorable!

The Cutest Apartment ever!

My friend and I stayed in the Lilas apartment in Paris. It was really easy to find. Once we got there the owner's aunt was waiting for our arrival. She was very helpful. Showed us around and everything. The apartment is adorable. The bed was very comfy, the shower was awesome! NIce kitchen and a Market around the corner if you want to cook for yourself. She provides bottled water and different kinds of coffee and teas. It was great! Felt safe. A metro stop very close! Took about 45 minutes to get anywhere on the subway. But it wasnt bad at all. The owner is great! Very sweet. The apartment is very clean. There is an elevator so you dont have to do any climbing. Overall I give it a 10. Perfect for 2 people!

Excellent property! Very friendly owner!

No detail was spared in this lovely apartment. It is perfect for two people and very very conveniently located to the Metro and busses...we were able to come and go at any hour without problems.

The apartment was VERY clean and everything is brand new! There's a dishwasher, great appliances, washer and dryer, Nespresso machine, and everything. The bedroom and bathroom linens are luxurious and there is plenty of storage space for your things.

The building has an elevator but it is a bit small but no big deal and the owner wasn't sure of the internet password for the wireless but other then that we had no issues whatsoever. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a beautiful place for a great price!
