Our beautiful 4 bed Villa is at Flamingo Lakes in the Lakeside Community, near the US192. Our master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. There is also a Queen sized bedroom and two further twin bedrooms with adjoining bathroom. Our private 32’x15’ floodlit, heated pool has a large pool deck and if you wish get out of the sun or eat outside, we have a covered 30’x10’lanai with ceiling fan, dining table and chairs. We have six sun loungers with deep cushions, and ample additional pool furniture. Children are particularly welcome and we have a removable children’s pool fence and audio alarms on the pool doors. The ducks, which waddle up from the lake every day for lunch, come free of charge! A fully fitted kitchen includes everything you might wish for. There is a formal dining area off the lounge and an extra dining table and chairs in the kitchen. Our home is Florida State Registered through the Division of Hotels and Restaurants and subject to regular inspection.

Lakeside is ideally situated for all major attractions and shopping malls, all within 20/30 minutes drive. Situated in a quiet residential cul de sac with uninterrupted views overlooking a small lake with beautiful sunsets, wild birds and jumping fish. Our south facing pool gets the sun all day, throughout the year. 15 minutes away at East Lake Toho there is a sandy beach, children’s play area and excellent freshwater fishing with high numbers of trophy bass, catfish and other species. Lakeside Community Park is a few minutes walk from the villa and has a covered children's play area with swings etc, tennis courts as well as basketball courts. East Coast beaches are an hour away and the Gulf Coast two hours. Deep sea fishing, costing about $55 per person is available at Cape Canaveral, on the East Coast, close to Kennedy Space Centre about one hour drive from the villa. Two excellent nearby golf courses are the Kissimmee Bay Golf & Country Club and Remington Golf and Country Club.

The Kissimmee Bay Golf & Country Club and Remington Golf and Country Club are within ten minutes drive from the villa. Fifteen minutes away there is excellent freshwater fishing in East Lake Toho with high numbers of trophy bass, catfish and other species. Deep sea fishing is available at Cape Canaveral, on the East Coast, about one hour drive from the villa with costs about $55.00 per person. A man made sandy beach and childrens play area is about 15 minutes away. Lakeside Community Park is a few minutes walk from the villa and has a covered children's play area, little used outdoor tennis courts as well as basketball courts.

Having stayed in Florida, many times in villas, this was by far the best one. It really is a home from home and you wanted for nothing.
The TOP feature for this villa though is its location, you would be hard pushed to better it. The various birds do come out of the lake to greet you in a morning.
On top of that I found the owners of the property to be genuine, nice people and a pleasure to do business with, which we definatley will be doing in the future. We read the guest book and it is full of families returning year after year.
