These recently built properties have been finished to a very high standard and have beautiful gardens with a children's play area, a fountain and a pool . They offer easy access to the beach and supermarket, 400m, Golf Course 300m and Tennis Club 700m. The large underground parking area has a lift access to the apartments. (There is also wheelchair access to the block of apartments). Ground Floor Apartment with 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 single bedroom with additional put-u-up, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room with wc, kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and hob, good sized sitting/dining room with access to the private terrace and garden area ( 73 m2), which in turn leads to the communal gardens and pool area.
