The villa is in a quiet private estate approx. 1km from the village of Begur which has a huge range of restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The lively weekly street market attracts visitors from all around the area and is located in the beautiful narrow cobbled streets around the church square. The large sloping garden around the villa has been beautifully cared for and has large mature shrubs, fruit trees and large lawn. The pool has walk in steps and is surrounded by a large terrace with fitted seating, loungers and an undercover barbecue and eating area and stunning sea views (and a very useful drinks fridge!) The villa is split into two separate accommodations: the main house is on two levels - the upper level (the pool level) has a large open plan kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, leading to combined sitting room and dining room with large balcony with sea views, there is an open staircase (not suitable for small children - please see photos, large en-suite double bed.
