Everything can be reached in less than 5 min. walk: the Croisette and its beautiful sandy beaches, the famous Palais des Festivals, the street Rue d'Antibes and its numerous shops, the train station, as well as a large choice of restaurants, night clubs and other leisure activities. Situated on the 3rd floor (with no lift), the apartment is well designed and comfortably furnished. There is a good level of equipment, like reversible air-conditioning in the living room and the bedroom.

The city of Cannes is built along the French Riviera coast, between Antibes and the Esterel mountains, about 25 Km from Nice International Airport. Today, Cannes is the most socialite seaside resort of the French Riviera. Famous in the entire world, the promenade 'La Croisette' lined with palm trees and exotic flowers, stretches along the sea. This is where the 'Carlton' hotel and all the palace hotels, luxury shops and gastronomic restaurants are located. Just in front, the sandy beaches run alongside the deep blue Mediterranean sea. Not to forget the Palais des Festivals, which receives all year round big congresses and international events, among which the very famous Film Festival during the last two weeks of May. Behind La Croisette is the Rue d'Antibes, one of the most distinguished shopping streets of the Riviera. 'Le Suquet', the old town, is situated on the heights of the old harbour. This is where you find the famous tower 'Tour du Suquet', one of Cannes' symbols.
