Town: Pollensa Old Town, a few kilometres inland is set against the dramatic backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains. The town has narrow, cobbled street, pretty squares and ancient architecture and seems a world away from the more modern tourist areas. Placa Major, the main square, has a Sunday morning market where you can buy souvenir handicrafts or fresh local products such as cheese, olives and Mediterranean vegetables to sample at lunch or on the barbecue.

Garden: The garden is well-kept and attractive, with plenty of trees and flowering shrubs providing natural shade and colour. There is a charming covered terrace adjacent to the living room which has a dining table with seating for up to twelve people and a barbecue. A cool and beautifully shaded place to relax, this area has scenic views over the sun terrace and swimming pool to mountains in the distance. A large palm tree stands at the back of the sun terrace and beyond this is the secluded swimming pool which has a paved surround and hedge and lawn borders.
