This stunning luxury villa sits in its own multi-levels gardens in the prestigious Urbanisation of Vizcondado de Cabanyes, a short distance from the famous beaches of the Costa Brava. It is finished to a very high standard and comprehensively equipped with all modern conveniences. While the exterior of the property benefits from sunny as well as shady areas, the interior of the house has been tastefully decorated and feels like a 'home from home'. The drive from the road can park upto 3 vehicles while a car-port can bring shade to one. The pool is suitable for young children and can be seen from both the sitting room and dining room. The property has central heating and air-conditioning throughout and is situated close to some excellent golf courses as well as a beautiful beach.

Calonge is a medieval village close to the sea between Palamos and St Feliu de Guixols in the north east Costa Brava region of Spain, but generally only 25mins drive from Girona airport. Wonderful sandy beaches, picturesque wooded rocky coves or snow covered Pyrenees are all within easy reach. The villa lies in the lower slopes of the Gavarres range of mountains and from the upper roof terrace has a stunning view of the bay of Palamos.

For the Golfers: : There are 8 excellent championship courses and 2 par 3 courses within 40 mins drive of the property.The famous Mas Nou golf course ,with its incredible views, lies at the top of the mountain directly opposite the villa. Don't assume that a low handicap ensures you won't loose a few balls!!! For the less adventurous there are 7 other golf courses at normal altitude! A visit to the ever improving and expanding Emporda golf courses is essential.

Sea food and walking and Wine Tasting: : There is a fish museum in Palamos and it is next to the fish market. You can witnesses the fisherman boats came back from the sea around 4pm. and loading their catches or after that you could buy their fresh fish via their fish market. It really makes a great BBQ! The property is within walking distance of several well marked long and short distance footpaths through wooded hills and along the coast. Local vineyards on some of these footpaths offer wine tasting and purchasing from their cellars.

General informations: : The villa is situated in the hills of the Gavarres and overlooking a wooded green belt valley with its own swimming pool. The nearest beach is in St Antoni it just 5 minutes drive away from the house. There is many water sports games to offers. Many nice restaurants, bars and cafes for you to enjoys during your holiday. Tennis courts, a fantastic water (Aqua)Park, together with Go carts, and Quad biking just 2 minutes drive from the house. Outside dining area and a fantastic swimming pool for summer use, make for a perfect relaxing holiday. Vizcondado de Cabanyes is close to good road and rail links to Barcelona (1¼ hours), Girona (25 min) and Perpignan (1¼ hours) or just 5 minutes from excellent beaches and coves at St Antoni de Calonge, Palamos, and Playa d’Aro. Daily markets are held at local towns and there are excellent shops and year round restaurants open in Playa d’Aro and Palamos. The pool and gardens are very private and there are tranquil views across the green valleys.

This property is perfect choice e.g. for families with children. Very comfortable and well equipped offers lot of space for daily use. Carefully maintain and clean. Very quiet neighborhood. 4-5 km but well connected to the beaches and restaurants. A car is necessary. I want stress the excellent customer service of Quality Estates, always helpful and available. Many thanks for perfect holiday!
